99 TJ - Head light switch replacement

After 11 years of street and offroad use, the original head light switch started failing by blinking or turning off the head lights occasionally (perhaps due to road vibration). The problem was even worse for the running lights. It was possible to recover the lights most of the time by jiggling the knob.



The repair work is simple enough but worth a walk through especially if you're unfamiliar with the parts and steps.
